Our programmes help support groups of athletes make the human journey of transition to a life beyond sport. We offer virtual programmes and physical retreats, creating athlete communities that offer the highly needed support during transition.
It doesn’t matter how many gold medals you do or don't have or how many times you’ve performed on the biggest stage - the process of retiring from sport is an intensely human experience - letting go of the old to make room for something new, changing how you identify and define yourself and redefining how you measure success and find fulfilment.

A VIRTUAL PROGRAMME
To help athletes understand that challenge with transition is a normal and natural human process. To help them recognise that their experience is unique but at the same time is one that is shared by many others.
Four x 3-hour modules run over consecutive weeks and two x 2-hour follow up sessions in the following five months.
A FACE-TO-FACE RETREAT
To support athletes with the deeper process of transformation. To help discover the potential of their true nature that sits beneath the singular definition of athlete.
Five day and four night physical retreat. A transformative programme alongside a group of fellow transitioning athletes.
